JAPANESE KEYHOLE SAW 210 BLADE NO Z-30209

This Japanese version of the Keyhole Saw features a specially designed long and tough blade with tri-edged teeth. This saw can cut wood in various geometric shapes and the narrow blade reduces friction amid strokes. The short pistol grip can add strength behind the saw blade for relatively aggressive cutting and makes it easier to control the sawing direction while cutting. These saws are hardened through the “Hard Impulse” treatment to increase the degree of hardness to the level of HV800-950 which is the maximum hardness that can be achieved on steel. Implementing this treatment on the tips of the saw teeth means that they are able to stay sharp much longer than conventional counterparts while the core of the blade remains both flexible and tough to prevent bending or buckling during use.
